Zach first joined ACG as a research associate in 2015, leaving the firm to undertake his master’s studies before returning as an associate in 2016. Zach primarily works on intellectual property and technology policy, supporting ACG partners Chris Israel and Marla Grossman.
Before coming to ACG, Zach served as an intern and fellow on the Democratic staff of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee, where he worked on labor and pensions policy. While completing his undergraduate degree, Zach interned in Senator Chris Murphy’s (D-CT) Washington, D.C. office, having previously interned on his 2012 Senate campaign.
A Connecticut native, Zach holds a master’s degree in social policy from the University of Oxford and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of St Andrews (Scotland).
